N150 vs P150

Bajaj, a renowned name in the world of motorcycles, has unveiled its latest offering, the Pulsar N150, expanding its impressive lineup of 150cc bikes. This new addition joins the ranks of the existing Pulsar P150 and the classic Pulsar 150. While the Pulsar N150 shares its heritage with the Pulsar P150, there are notable distinctions that set it apart.

N150 and P150 Deatiled comparition

First and foremost, it’s the design that catches the eye. The Pulsar N150 boasts a unique fascia and bodywork that give it a distinct character. Unlike the Pulsar P150, the N150 skips the modest visor upfront. Additionally, the N150’s tank shrouds feature a larger and more distinctive design compared to the P150. Another difference lies in the seat configuration; the new Pulsar N150 offers a single-piece seat, while the Pulsar P150 features a split unit to cater to various rider preferences.

When it comes to performance and handling, the Pulsar N150 comes equipped with a robust 260mm front disc brake and a reliable 130mm drum unit at the rear. In contrast, the Pulsar P150 offers an optional 230mm rear disc. Both Pulsar models share the same 17-inch wheels, but the N150 gains an advantage with wider tires, ensuring enhanced road grip and stability, with a 90/90 front and 120/80 rear tire setup.

Under the hood, both models are powered by a potent 149.6cc single-cylinder engine, producing 14.5 brake horsepower at 8,500rpm and 13.5Nm of torque at 6,000rpm. This engine is mated to a smooth five-speed gearbox, promising a responsive and efficient ride.

In essence, while the Pulsar N150 and Pulsar P150 exhibit differences in design and some performance features, they share a common objective – to provide a dependable and enjoyable commuting experience. These motorcycles cater to a wide range of riders, from seasoned enthusiasts to first-time buyers, thanks to their impressive features and Bajaj’s well-established reputation for reliability. Whether you’re a daily commuter or a weekend rider, the Pulsar N150 offers an enticing option for your two-wheeled adventures.
